RETURNS
While we do our best to provide great quality garments that fit right and feel right every time, we understand that sometimes, when it comes to online shopping, things don't go to plan. That's why we offer what we consider is a fair and honest return & exchange policy.

Misprinted/damaged/defective items - must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

To process a return, please start by emailing us using contact form here the subject line; "OVERKILL RETURN". In your email detail your order number, the item you're returning, the reason for your return. Please also let us know if you'd like the return to be processed as a refund, store credit or size exchange.
Once we have that information, we will provide you with a RETURN ADDRESS and you can return your order using the shipping method of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable service as we take no responsible for items lost in return transit. All items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unused and have the original labels and swing tags attached. -
If you believe you have received an item different to the one you ordered, lease contact us using the contact form here as soon as possible including your order number, the item you were meant to receive and a description of the item you have received instead. From there we will review the order and contact you with the next steps.
